Radixes Media offers three kinds of *support to its clients.
Face-to-Face Support
We'll schedule a mutually beneficial time to sit with you and assist you in putting up your website.
Telephone Support
We will assist you by telephone via a telephone appointment. This is done to maximize your benefit and reduce your frustration at not being able to reach a support person by telephone. Simply complete the form below and include two possible dates and times for a telephone appointment.
You will be contacted by e-mail with a confirmation time.
Unlimited E-mail Support
You will receive unlimited e-mail support for the duration of your subscription. Simply complete the form below and you will be contacted initially by e-mail and by other means deemed necessary by Radixes Media to resolve your concern.

Support does not mean content design. Support is limited to the mechanics of using the builder utility to maximize the impact of your website content. All requests for content design will be considered for an additional charge and is not part of the support feature included with your website package.
